Weddings
Whether it’s a sit down plated service or a beautiful buffet we offer you great flexibility in planning the menu. Are you looking for additional services? We can refer photographers, musicians, florist, incredible pastry chefs and valet service. We work with you to provide the best of food and service. Our waiters are professional, personable and prompt. We go out of our way to make your day go effortlessly. Our food is innovative and goes beyond the expected wedding fare.

Coordinating the rentals and all details is included.
Once your menu is created, be assured we will deliver all that is promised.


Bridal Showers
Many venues are possible here. Would you like to have a cooking class party? This can be done in a hands-on environment or done as a demonstration with partial involvement from the guests. Then a sit down lunch, brunch or dinner can be served following. Is your desire to have a menu with a theme? Again a sit down service or buffet can be provided. One aspect of the shower can be the gifts are all kitchen/cooking oriented. Perhaps a registry at Sur la Table or Williams-Sonoma. Or your favorite local gourmet kitchen store. Is the bride to be an inspired to cook? We provide a personable, informative learning environment.


Brunches
Contemporary to classic, our menu choices will please your guests.

We provide a lavish buffet with a full array of breakfast breads and sweets. A pancake bar is a great way to adding a festive air. Wonderful smoked salmon, assorted fresh baked bagels, cream cheese and the accoutrements. Breakfast enchiladas, a healthy version of Waldorf salad. The best Caesar Salad topped with grilled breast of chicken. A bountiful display of cookies and bite size desserts. These are some of the choices available to continue the celebration.


Cocktail Parties
Hosting a gathering at your office or home we will provide you with a vast assortment of hors d’oeuvres to choose from. Our bartenders can prepare a bevy of drink requests including a martini bar.

Sweet Preserved Ginger, Wasabi

Parmesan Profiteroles filled with Ricotta, Roasted Peppers, Toasted Pine Nuts and Pesto - served warm (Imagine mini cream puffs)

Cherry Tomatoes piped with Smoked Trout Mousse and Fresh Dill

Wild Mushroom-Toasted Walnut Pastry Spirals with Gruyere

Jerk Marinated Chicken Skewers rolled in toasted coconut

Crispy Rice and Leek Griddle Cakes topped with Smoked Salmon and Chive Crème Fraiche

Delivered Meal Service
Fully prepared meals with printed instructions for reheating and handling.
Each meal provides 4 portions to accommodate lunch and dinner.
Healthy choices available with low cal and low fat desserts.
Must commit to five days and is for a minimum of 2 persons.
